Custom Football Jersey how about Joe Montana - talk about a good quarterback

If you were going to get a custom football jersey which player or team would you choose, a team from days gone by or one of those newer teams? Would you pick the jersey for the color or the actual players?

Being a woman I might choose the "Baltimore Ravens Jersey" it's a nice color, but I'm a fan too. I always liked the San Francisco 49er's especially Joe Montana; boy talk about a good quarterback. That guy who took over for him (Steve Young) when he left wasn't too bad either. Of course if it wasn't for Jerry Rice....

So, I've been a little too busy to watch much football recently. I asked my son and his friend what jersey and player would they pick out. They rattled off some guy from an old book called "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" then my son said, "You mean for real mom?" They both answered at the same time "Mike Alstott the fullback from Tampa Bay".

Perhaps you'd consider having a custom football jersey made in remembrance of a departed team member. Several have passed on, a few that come to my mind are Johnny Unitas, Lyle Alzado, honestly, I remember him more from movies than football, and who can forget when Walter Payton died.

Well, there's a whole new way to buy custom jerseys. Players who turned to acting, you could sport a Howie Long, Dan Marino, or a Brett Favre Jersey.

The list never ends, you might want to stick to Super Bowl winners, gee your favorite team, players turned announcers, or of course that whole color thing. Whichever the reason pick out and then pick up a few, they are excellent conversation starters.
